Emory University-MARBL

Malone Design/Fabrication collaborated with Emory University and Healy Kohler Design to fabricate and install elegant and versatile exhibit cases for the Stuart A. Rose Manuscript, Archives, & Rare Book Library (MARBL) at Emory University.  The MARBL exhibition was part of an overall renovation of the tenth floor of the Robert W. Woodruff Library which beautifully integrated architectural improvements, interior design, and an ever-changing exhibit experience.  The micro-climate casework extends the length of the main spine and into the Woodruff Conference Room, providing glimpses into the extensive MARBL collections and a spectacular view over the Emory campus extending to downtown Atlanta.  Students and faculty regularly change the objects to create new exhibitions and share a wide variety of these rarely seen artifacts with interested parties at Emory and from the broader Atlanta community.
